Policy on Refunds for Online Courses
We appreciate you selecting our virtual courses. Our goal is to offer the greatest possible educational experience. We are aware, nonetheless, that there may be instances in which you need to ask for a refund. 1. General Refund Policy
Complete Refund:
As long as you haven’t viewed more than 10% of the course material, you can request a complete refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
Partial Refund:
You may be qualified for a partial refund, which will consist of 50% of the course fee, if you have accessed more than 10% but less than 50% of the course material and you seek a refund within 14 days of purchase.
No Refund:
If you have viewed more than 50% of the course material or if your request was submitted more than 14 days from the date of purchase, there won’t be a refund.
2. The Refund Procedure
Send a Request:
To initiate a refund request, send an email to support@engineershub.co.in together with the specifics of your transaction, such as the order number, the date of purchase, and the justification for the refund.
Examine and Give Your OK:
Your request will be reviewed by our team in 5 business days. If we require more information, we might get in touch with you.
Issue of Refunds:
Within ten business days of receiving approval for your refund request, the money will be returned using the original payment method. Please be aware that depending on your bank or payment provider, it can take longer for the refund to appear in your account.
3. Items Not Refundable
Downloadable Materials:
After they have been accessed or downloaded, fees for any downloadable materials—such as software or eBooks—are not refundable.
Completed Courses:
Regardless of the amount of time that has passed since the purchase, once the course has been completed, no refund will be given.
4. Extra Details
Promotional Discounts:
If a promotional discount was used at the time of purchase, refunds will be given at the discounted amount.
Third-Party Platforms:
We are subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party platforms you used to purchase the course, so please review their refund policy.
